Jones at Fallbrook – A 29-acre tract of land located at the southwest corner of Jones Road and Fallbrook Drive, acquired in 1997 for $.51 psf and sold in 1998 for $1.67 psf
I-10 West at Wilcrest – A 4-acre tract of land located near the southwest corner of Interstate 10 West and Wilcrest Drive, acquired in June 1998 for $8.52 psf and sold in August 1998 for $13.17 psf
Beltway 8 at Fallbrook – An 18-acre tract of land located near the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and Fallbrook Drive, acquired in 2004 for $1.50 psf and sold in 2007 for $4.25 psf.
Wal-Mart SuperCenter, Cypress – A 19-acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of State Highway 249 and Spring Cypress Road acquired in 1998 and developed for a 150,000 sf Wal-Mart SuperCener, 4,000 sf of multi-tenant retail space, and outparcels for an IHOP restaurant, Sonic Drive-In, Chase Bank and a National Tire and Battery store. 
Spring Cypress Village, Cypress– A 100,00 sf grocery-anchored shopping center located at the southeast corner of State Highway 249 and Spring Cypress Road, acquired in 2004 for redevelopment
Cutten Road - A 4.59-acre tract of land located on Cutten Road just south of FM 1960 West, acquired in 2005
