820 Fannin at Walker – A 120,000 sf fully-renovated and restored ten-story historic office and retail building built in 1913, adjacent to Hines’ MainPlace, a 900,000 sf Class “A” office tower scheduled for completion first quarter 2011
708 Main Street at Capitol – An 83,000 sf fully-renovated and restored ten-story historic office and retail building built in two phases in the early 1930’s by Jesse Jones, who also built the adjacent Gulf Building in 1929, which served as Houston’s tallest skyscraper until 1963
1004 Prairie at Main – A 30,000 sf three-story historic office and retail building built in 1912 as Houston’s first silent movie theater (the Isis Theater)
915 Franklin at Travis – A nine-story office building built in 1910 to serve as the headquarters for the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, fully-renovated and restored in to a 110-unit residential loft condominium project (Bayou Lofts) with 30,000 sf of street-level retail space and a multi-story parking garage
202 Travis at FranklinA 20,000 sf four-story office building built in 1884 to house Houston’s original Cotton Exchange (listed in The National Register)
Blocks 52, 73 and 114 – Three full city blocks (62,500 sf each) located in the northeast quadrant of the Houston CBD slated for future development
